The Overwatch League is an international esports league comprising 20 city-based teams and featuring the best Overwatch players in the world. The success of the first season in 2018 led to Blizzard adding six expansion teams for the second season in 2019. With a nimble and creative team, we established those six expansions teams in an extremely tight deadline of less than two months. It was an extraordinary honor and privilege to have been given the opportunity to bring to life three of the six teams—Paris Eternal, Guangzhou Charge, and the Vancouver Titans.
